Created by the Gutsy Executive Coach, Raewyn Guerrero, Well Connected combines her 14 years of experience as both a patient and a practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and Corporate Wellness, with the support of a private members community. Raewyn has seen how vibrant mental and physical health is made possible when the connection between the gut and the brain is strengthened.
FIVE PILLARS OF WELLNESS
Coaching is structured around the 5 pillars of optimal health to nourish you – body, mind and spirit.
We begin with a 60 – 90 minute one to one Clarity and Strategy Call, reviewing your Lab work BEFORE creating your individualised D.R.E.S.S. plan. This is the roadmap that you’ll follow for 90 days, supported by weekly videos, self-hypnosis and meditations, daily affirmations, AND group coaching every 2 weeks to keep you accountable and successful.
The Gut-Brain Connection is where we’ll begin, as up to 90% of your serotonin (your happiness neurotransmitter) and 50% of your GABA (your relaxation neurotransmitter) is produced in your digestive system. We’ll dive deep into ways to optimise this in your life.
With half of the Western World being sleep deprived, this is a foundation in your house of health that we will focus on optimising.
Not only does it make us look good, but movement can help lift our spirits. We’ll explore the ways to get your body moving so that you’re gaining energy from any activity you engage in, rather than feeling drained.
In the same way that Sleep is a healer, we’ll look at the various ways we can eliminate or reduce the multiple stressors in our lives.
This can be a useful addition to a healthy lifestyle. We’ll work out how to personalise your own regimen so that you can feel full of life, balanced and happy.
Dr Mark Hyman said, “The power of community to restore health is far greater than any physician, clinic or hospital.” This program will offer you the space to explore what’s working, and what can be worked on, in a positive, supportive cocoon. We’ll meet twice a month for an hour, but there will be two cohorts on Wednesdays to cater for different geographies.
Each month, we’ll work out nutritious and delicious recipes that you can incorporate and customise easily into your every day life, to support your energy and your mood with something that is specifically for you.
If you’ve known me for a while or we’ve just met, you know that my mission is to help people heal, emotionally and physically. I’ve created a private member community to extend that healing and reach more people. You’ll be able to openly share your struggles and find support and encouragement.

The Gutsy Executive Coach, committed to helping you eliminate the guesswork around your symptoms, so that you can fine tune your biochemistry and become the CEO of not only your health, but your Life. I integrate nutrition with psychology to bring about rapid transformation in the mental and physical health of individuals and organisations.
Prior to 2017, I spent 6 years as the Global Wellbeing Manager at a multi-national bank, developing group wellness programmes for those struggling with 21st Century chronic health conditions, such as stress, anxiety, depression, IBS, back and neck pain, and obesity.
In 2012, I introduced 6 week Mindful Awareness workshops to employees with the aim of reducing stress, and improving focus, clarity and creativity, and facilitated regular Balance at Barclays weekly drop-in meditation sessions. This was a huge achievement as meditation at that time was very much taboo. I was a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Mindfulness in the Workplace from 2015 – 2016 tasked with making stress reduction and anxiety a priority for Government Policy and Public Health.
