 I used to be that person… I experimented with sleeping pills, and even became a hypnotherapist 12 years ago, to learn everything I could about getting a decent night’s rest and reducing stress…


This short 12 week course will change how you sleep for the better!



Pillar 1: Diet

The Gut-Brain Connection is where we’ll begin, as up to 90% of your serotonin (your happiness neurotransmitter) and 50% of your GABA (your relaxation neurotransmitter) is produced in your digestive system. We’ll dive deep into ways to optimise this in your life.

Pillar 2: Rest

With half of the Western World being sleep deprived, this is a foundation in your house of health that we will focus on optimising.  Learn about your chronotype and how best to work with it for optimal quality sleep!

Pillar 3: Exercise

Not only does it make us look good, but movement can help lift our spirits. We’ll explore the ways to get your body moving so that you’re gaining energy from any activity you engage in, rather than feeling drained.

Pillar 4: Stress Reduction

In the same way that Sleep is a healer, we’ll look at the various ways we can eliminate or reduce the multiple stressors in your life. Guided meditations in the forms of hypnotic tracks are a pivotal element of the course.

Pillar 5: Supplementation

Learn about the best nutrients in supplement form to help you balance your stress and improve production of key hormones and neurotransmitters that support restful sleep. We’ll work out how to personalise your own regimen so that you can feel full of life, balanced and happy.

Group Coaching

Dr Mark Hyman said, “The power of community to restore health is far greater than any physician, clinic or hospital.” This program will offer you the space to explore what’s working, and what can be worked on, in a positive, supportive cocoon. We’ll meet twice a month for an hour, but there will be two cohorts, Mondays and Wednesdays to cater for different geographies.

Each month, we’ll work out 4 nutritious and delicious recipes that you can incorporate and customise easily into your every day life, so you support your energy, your mood with something that is specifically for you.

I’m Raewyn Guerrero


I’ve lived and worked in London since 2001. In 2017, I founded Well Works, a virtual functional medicine practice which integrates Personalized Nutrition with CBT, Hypnosis and Meditation to bring about rapid transformation in the mental and physical health of individuals and organisations.
Prior to 2017, I spent 6 years as the Global Wellbeing Manager at a multi-national bank, developing group wellness programmes for those struggling with 21st Century chronic health conditions, such as stress, anxiety, depression, IBS, back and neck pain, and obesity.
In 2012, I introduced 6 week Mindful Awareness workshops to employees with the aim of reducing stress, and improving focus, clarity and creativity, and facilitated regular Balance at Barclays weekly drop-in meditation sessions. This was a huge achievement as meditation at that time was very much taboo. I was a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Mindfulness in the Workplace from 2015 – 2016 tasked with making stress reduction and anxiety a priority for Government Policy and Public Health.

I also struggled with these things before I found Functional Medicine!  I’d tried Acupuncture, Reiki, cleanses, even became vegetarian and saw all manner of medical and alternative health practitioners.  But nothing really shifted until I started following a science-backed framework that identified my stressors, repaired my gut and healed my anxiety, IBS and hormones HOLISTICALLY, by addressing my stress, my sleep, and my nutrition.


Now, I get to share that same process with others — and celebrate their life-changing results!
