One of my favourite ways to wind down before bed is with a cup of Paleo Hot Chocolate.
- 1 cup or 250 ml organic Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Organic Raw Cacao
- 1 tablespoon of Organic Nut Butter

- Optional: A sprinkle of cinnamon for balancing blood sugar

Throw all of these into your blender and whizz for a few seconds, and then pop it into a milk pan on the stove until hot and frothy (the collagen does wonders for this!)
